As you well know I am very new to this industry.  Although I had some reservations in the beginning, I came with an open mind and a willingness to learn.  When I left, I can honestly say that you and your program exceeded all my expectations and built up a new self confidence to get the job done.  I want to thank you for your encouragement and your continued support, but most importantly your acceptance of me into this industry.  It always poses a challenge for a woman to take on such responsibilities in this kind of environment, but you, your staff, and my classmates made me feel welcomed.  I am honored to have worked with such fine individuals.  I feel as if I have found a new family, a family of professionals that I could call on and trust to get the job done.  There is something to be said for someone who can mold together 22 different personalities and make it work.  I most certainly respect you and your ability to do so, and do it so effortlessly!  Since the course I have an entirely new perspective on the industry and my own environment. I find myself analyzing situations differently and driving more defensively (it has become second nature to offset!!).  I have a tool box that's more like a toy box and I can't wait to put those skills to the test!  Again, I thank you for the opportunity to be a part of ITG.  I have nothing but the utmost respect for you, the other instructors -Jake, Gayle, Mark, Craig, and Josh, and The Steele Foundation itself.  I know the time and effort you put in to make your program a success and I very much appreciate what you do.  I will continue to pass along your name as well as The Steele Foundation in the most positive regard, as you are the most professional, intelligent, energetic, and outgoing group of people I have ever met and worked with.  It is truly a pleasure.  Congratulations to you...I wish you nothing but continued success!!
