as discover strengths I didn’t know I had. |

related to the EP Sector. |

| Superb, real life/real world training of up to date
methodologies. Even attending the course for a second time, I learned new
things and relearned stuff I had forgotten. The practical element of the course
really helps to reinforce training and starts to build muscle memory. This
should be considered a course for future Detail Leaders, Shift Leaders and
Personal Security Officers rather than just “Basic Agent. |

I had an interesting experience today about 1430. I was
outside the building on a break, and two guys decided to have a little
shoot-out. They weren't very good, though, lots of rounds expended, nobody got
hit for a couple of seconds. I hid behind a concrete trash can, and made a radio
call to lock down my building, but there was no way I could get back quickly, so
I was essentially locking myself out (not such a great feeling).
One guy took a few rounds, and took off running toward the
BART station, bleeding--- the other guy disappeared somewhere. I kept the
building locked down until the helicopter moved off and the K-9 guy went away...
Sincere thanks for emphasizing the critical difference between
cover and concealment. Ya never know when that will come in handy ;-)

| I wanted to thank you in a
public way for the training you have given me over the years. Without a
doubt, it saved my life (again) on May 22, in the social-services agency where
I'm on contract as Security Manager. |

I'm settled into my new job here in
the box and wanted to thank you again for sending it up so quickly. I think I
mentioned it but I know about 15 of these guys from my Army days so it's like
old times.
My appreciation is not just lip service,as an ITG grad I am making it a point to
emphasis my belief in the ITG training and cadre. I have already passed the ITG
web information as well as your e-mail addresses to several of my co-workers so
if you see anyone pop up with a " Robert told me to contact you..." don't be
surprised. |

Pertaining to a protective operation conducted in China:
I reckon over 50% of the ITG course drills were used from the advance
work, walking drills (as mentioned especially walking the fence line), motorcade
drills (with a bit of adapting for China conditions – it also brought back
memories of hitting the toll booth for the bridge in SF at rush hour and trying
to keep the integrity of the motorcade as we had a couple of toll booths on the
highways to get through), AOPs (the contingency planning to evacuate off the
golf course, using the course maintenance track, where we had a vehicle
shadowing us, as we could not have a vehicle on the course). Everyone involved
in this event (for the past two years) saw a huge difference (from what was done
last year)……it was easy though as the bar was set extremely low and we have now
set it very high…..The Kudos goes to ITG for that!

To Jake Ashton: (Having returned safely from Iraq) I am not
doing PSD* anymore, they have us all back in our respective sections now (in
Germany). Thank you for teaching all the necessary skills for the trade,
that helped keep my ass alive while I was down range. I am truly grateful for
you, Gale and Dave J. Thank you all. When I retire a few years from
now, I am really going to seriously look at a job in PSD, as my next field.
*PSD is a military acronym that stands for Personal Security
Detachment - those duties that related to providing Executive Protection within
the military environment. It is also currently being used commonly to describe
the efforts in private sector High Risk Environments.

| "I learned more in two weeks at ITG®
than I havelearned in one year from my current detail. Having three
guys who have walked the walk and have decided to impart their knowledge and
break the mystique has been a Godsend to our industry and for students of
protection. Thank you for everything!" |

"Two things that stand out to me is the wealth of knowledge
possessed by the instructors and their enthusiasm for sharing it. The passion
for the craft shows through extremely well."

I finally have spare time to breathe and write about my
experience at ITG’s 12-Day Executive Protection Course that I attended in
September. I actually wrote half of a review and as fate would have it Murphy
came around and…, well, let’s just say it was lost into the black hole we call
the “net”. So my apologies on getting back so late.

"ITG was the
missing link in my career". The instructors put everyone on the same
page by eliminating industry arrogance and confusion, presenting every scenario
crystal clear and simple. By the end of the course, our group became "one" as a
Team, a unit of precision, effective and successful in everything we were asked
to do. And it has carried over to this day. Thank you Dave, Jake, Gale and all
at ITG for your insight, encouragement and many laughs."

| Just wanted to say the ITG®
School was the best shooting school I have been to. The instructors and
criteria were directly related to what we as Police Officers are faced with
everyday. |

| I just wanted to send you a
note of thanks for the fantastic experience I had for the 12 days in Stockton.
It was the best investment of time and money I could have made. You guys are the
best, most professional and knowledgeable instructors I've had the pleasure to
work with. I was jealous of the guys who were going through the whole 21 days,
but I'll be back! |

Just a quick note to say thank you for everything regarding
ITG7. Kudos to all of you for the content of the courses, the delivery
of the building block approach, and the passion with which each of you shared
your knowledge.

instructors were great - they provided an excellent mix of lecture, real-life
stories and experiences, and demostration. They truly cared about the
instruction they were providing, and event though the structure and materials
alone are great, it was the instructors that made the course so great." |

demanding, and it is the exact environment you will have to work in." |

some of the finest military and civilian training that I have had. Explains very
well the breadth and width of a very complicated profession and industry.”

I was driving chase on a motorcade today on Route Jackson in
Baghdad when we had a fast moving car with three 20-something Iraqi
males pull up from the rear. The rear gunner covered them with a PKM, but they
weren’t able to see it due to tinted windows.

| "I honestly did not know what to expect when I
came to ITG® . I had thought it
would be mundane, and a "refresher" with lots of "I know this already"
situations. What I found was a very complete, well organized, realistic traing
program that rivaled or most times exceeded the military courses I am accustomed
to. The P.E. was as real as it gets, teamwork, initiativve, creative thinking
and "real stress" is the best part of the course." |
